Sunflower serves children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We provide child care, preschool, and school age care. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Teacher Associate

Part-Time

Associate staff are highly valued at Sunflower. Even though specific times vary, staff are guaranteed to have a great time getting to know the children and helping them grow and learn! In this particular role, the Teacher’s Associate will either spend the morning greeting children and their families when they arrive for the day, get them settled in the classroom, assist with breakfast and enjoy some morning play time OR interact and play with children while winding down for the day.

Assistant Teacher

Full-Time

Sunflower is looking for Full-Time Assistant Teachers to assist our already existing Lead Teachers . We are looking for dependable, nurturing, professional individuals to join our growing team with opportunity for advancement. You will spend the day with children, helping them learn and grow along with our curriculum, taking care of each child’s needs, monitoring meal times, and being as hands on as possible. Specific trainings will be required upon hire.

Lead Teachers

Full-Time

The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate program. They must ensure the development and safety of children in accordance with Center policies, procedures, and licensing requirements. The Lead Teacher will be respectful of children, parents, and other staff members and will project a positive attitude at all times. The Lead Teacher will also help to ensure that equipment and facilities are safe and well maintained by reporting any needed repairs.
